BTECH / BENG MECHANICAL ENGINEER (HVAC)
HVAC DRAUGHTING/DESIGNING

Job Specification

HVAC MECHANICAL ENGINEER (BTech or BEng) – PRETORIA (to start June 2012)

This position is for a BTech OR BEng qualified Mechanical Engineer with major HVAC experience.

Salary R40 000 ctc

Duties:

Project Supervision & Management
Site Survey
Auditing
Engineering design/Draughting
Engineering Research
Report writing and presentation

Computer Literate:

Software Packages, MS Projects, Quatro Pro

Other:

Thermal Characteristic Analysis and Systems evaluation of Buildings.
Mechanical Services pertaining to buildings with emphasis on energy.
Air-conditioning and ventilation systems in buildings with emphasis on energy conservation.
Specialist air- conditioning and heating services pertaining to the pharmaceutical and health industries.
Process cooling installations for computer and relating centers.
Mechanical process design pertaining to the mining industry, manufacturing industry and abattoirs. Water reticulation sewage, drainage and steam installations.
Gas and compressed air systems.
Cold rooms and refrigeration systems
Automatic Sprinkler Systems
Fire Engineering and Smoke Ventilation/Evacuation systems
