• assisting in the development of the exploration strategy for the region
• Developing exploration plans and schedules;
• Ensuring that company geological and technical data and documentation is produced and maintained to a high standard;
• Making sound geological recommendations based on modelling of sourced data;
• Leading and mentoring geological and support personnel;
• Developing practical systems and procedures to comply with statutory and company reporting requirements;
• Budget and expenditure control.
