Prospectivity Geologist

Our client, engaged in both exploration and development of multiple commodities including Iron Ore is now looking for a prospectivity geologist to take on the exciting and challenging role of working over all their existing brownfield tenements looking for opportunities. You will be an inspired geologist with a flare for finding things and the ability to run with an idea. You will be able to get creative about how best to approach some well picked over tenements and evaluate their economical viability. This role is not focused around suring out known assets, its about finding something new.

You can come from any background in this role you will be looking for Gold, Copper, Coal and even onshore Oil. With unlimited funding, you can rest assured that there will be an immediate follow up to anything you would like to pursue including the possibility of acquisitions.

Whats the draw-card?

You will be hard pressed to find a role with such prospective tenements and a large budget to match. The structure of this organization is very flat, you will be able to speak to senior managers when you need them, decisions can be made quickly and you wont have to face bureaucracy in the decision making process. In an organization like this, its also possible to move into different project groups. This position will be Perth based with campaign work as required.

You will be working with a small team where information is shared, there is a strong team culture and everyone works together. There is no time for subcultures within this group.

At the moment, the salary is just base + Super however they may move at some stage to some sort of equity scheme.
