Experienced Painting and insulation Inspector required for a site based role in WA for a long term Iron Ore expansion project offering great rates and FIFO Aus wide working for a Global EPCM. This large EPCM project is valued in the Billions and is about to commence to the next stage of the expansion offering long term employment, on a contract basis, working on this large port expansion. The Painting and insulation Inspector must demonstrate leadership and commitment in relation to the implementation of the HSEC Procedures as well as all other aspects of his role, leading always by his own example.
Other duties will include (but will not be limited to):
Well developed negotiation skills and superior written communication skills are essential to the success of this role.
Have a wealth of experience with painting and insulation
Make records of the project works as required by the Construction Manager.
Meet project deadlines and ensuring HSE standards.
Assist with maintaining detailed records of contractor's progress against schedule and review with the Construction Managers measures necessary to ensure compliance with the project.
Monitor the work of contractors and consultants to ensure contract and project objectives are achieved or exceeded
Maintain documentation relating to work on the contract
Supervision of any extra works by contractors and preparation documentation verifying completion of the work and counter sign contractor's hourly works time sheets

5+ years EPCM or Client Team experience required
