Manage research related to coal and mineral deposit in order to measure the orientation and content of soil sediment
Responsible for creating a mine analytical report based on the previous survey from the Geological team and determine the next activity/plan
Create a program planning, field simulations, and engineering design for mining activities in order to provide general illustration for mining activity to the Top Management
Create an engineering plan in term to increase the productivity
Determine the most efficient process to drill or excavate the mining material
Assign a relocation site for the residual mining waste and ensure all drilling and mining activities follow the health and safety procedures
Ensure all Health and Safety Standard and it’s supporting facilities are well organized
Able to work with many others technical specialist included the Hydrogeologist in order to create Analisis Dampak Lingkungan (ANDAL)
Work with Site Manager to create an Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Mining Operational Procedures that refers to Governmental Policy and Law concerning Mineral and Coal Mining
Prepare budgeting for development and mining operation activities
Provide training for all miners team concerning with how to operate the mining equipment
Monitor all operational mining activities in daily base
Monitor, control and manage the working environment, team and mining equipment performance without sacrificing the safety of the miners
Maintain the environmental safety from the landslides or flooding possibility
Create a daily, weekly, monthly and other periodical report for every mining activities
Maintain company information confidentiality from unauthorized party
Education Background and Experience :
Bachelor degree in Geology or Mining
Experience min. 2 years in related field
Computer : Ms. Office, Geology/mining software
Knowledgeable in soil/rock layer and coal sediment
