Responsibilities :
Assist branch team with pre-screening & validating sales leads
Conduct in-depth market research identifying potential opportunities
Process paperwork, filing, and other administrative duties as needed
Gather & analyze sales trend data to prepare reports for Trading Manager
Learn Standard Operating Procedures (i.e. work orders, contract, purchase orders, payment)
Support team by providing quotes (FCO) to customers
Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with all levels of staff
Demonstrated teamwork and flexibility to assist other depts.
Education Background and Experience :
Male/Female
Bachelor degree from any discipline (Technical background could be an advantage)
Maximum age 30 years old
Required language(s): English
Minimum of 2 year experience in coal sales or legal environment
Strong negotiation, influence and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with all levels internally/externally
Detail oriented and strong personal accountability
Superior time management / organization
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Knowledge of Windows based software, e.g. MS Office
Willing to work in field and traveling
Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
Ability to identify issues and offer alternative solutions and/or course of action
Demonstrated teamwork and ability to perform related warehouse duties as needed
Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment where priorities are continually changing
