Education Background and Experience :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): manage production, team leader and motivator.
Required language(s): English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.

Certified for Site Manager
Certified for Pengawasan Operasional Pertama (POP),Pengawasan Operasional Madya(POM) and Pengawasan Operasional Utama(POU)
Ready to work in a remote area
Ready to work in the field everyday
Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining field
