Maintenance Supervisor



  • To implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
  • Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.
  • Ensure availability target are achieved.
  • Manage plant on site in accordance with procedures and manufacturer's recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilisation, availability and cost effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with site staff to ensure plant on is maintained accordance with procedures and manufactures recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
  • Developing mechanic skill and knowledge about heavy equipment(instructor)
 
Requirements:
 
  • Graduate Technical high School Mechanical engineer
  • Recognised Trade and/or mechanical engineering qualifications.
  • Minimum 8 years industrial experience in a combination of mining and construction industries, with at least 5 years in mining.
  • Excellent communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Bahasa. Presents arguments, facts and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.
  • Computer literacy.
