Responsibilities:
Tracking and documentation of all projects from project proposal phase to project completion (status and progress)
Assisting senior management in formatting proposals and reports
(Organize to) translate any proposal / report as required
Open new project by establishing contract number and create Operational Job Tracking Form
Monitor and follow up of documents not complete in the duration of the project
Monitor the Proposal and Contract Register Form
Maintain hardcopy and soft copy projects folder
Communicate with senior management or person in charge of the project
Send Customer Satisfaction Survey to Client and follow up for feed back
Prepare timesheets for Principals, Engineering and site staff for invoicing process
Prepare supporting documents for Invoice submission
Requirements:
Female, Single, Age 20 28
Min Diploma Degree any discipline
English Literate
Good Computer skills (MS Office, Microsoft Project / Pimavera)
Organized and detail oriented
Good communication skills
Understanding a data bases is a benefit
Ability to be proactive and show initiating
