Environmental Quality Manager
Job Description:
- The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Lab Accreditations through state and federal regulatory agencies are up to date and in compliance.
- The QM will be conducting data review, data validation, and internal audits.
- The main responsibility for the QM is to ensure compliance throughout all laboratories and functions within this facility to state and federal regulations-specifically NELAC and ISO; this individual will be the enforcer.
- Coordinates visits and responses to external audits; conducts appropriate laboratory audits to ensure departments are performing work in accordance with most current SOP’s for each task; coordinates pre-audit information
Requirements:
- BA/BS in chemistry or related science.
- Minimum of 8 years total experience with 3-5 years’ experience in the environmental services industry.
- Broad knowledge of laboratory program activities.
