Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Your primary role is assisting the maintenance teams in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of complex equipment. In addition you will assist with the procurement of new equipment and developing improved maintenance preventative methods and techniques

Key responsibilities

- Supporting the maintenance teams with breakdowns
- Investigating and carrying out modifications on equipment- Electrical, Mechanical or PLC
- Condition based monitoring
- Continuous improvement activities
- Service contract specification and procurement
- Project management
- Developing and implementing standards
- Responsibility for ensuring that local Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed in order to ensure own safety and the safety of others

Qualifications
Successful applicants will have a minimum HNC/HND in an engineering discipline and suitable maintenance experience in a similar production environment.

Experience
Ideally you will have completed a time served apprenticeship in a Maintenance role and will have Project Management and Contractor Control experience
