Our Client - a big international oil&gas company is looking for Mechanical Engineer.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for field-related equipment issues, including installation, testing and start-up of injection systems; and the handling of field-related product management issues.
• Conduct training of customer field personnel on both routine and scheduled preventative equipment maintenance, proper equipment operation, safety practices, product handling and providing updated training when required.
• Provide effective and courteous customer service, technical support and troubleshooting via telephone and regular field visits to customer locations.
• Maintain an accurate equipment log and location database.
• Support Customer Team in developing commercial relationships and customer account strategies.
• Maintain and improve Quality System procedures relating to field implementation of product and injection systems.
Requirements:
• 3 years of rlevant experience
• Technically competent, preferably some type of mechanical (or engineering) background
• Good at explaining technical solutions, and ability to train people
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis (30% to 70%) and to have flexibility with calendar scheduling
• Fluent English
