Our client, a big oil production company, is looking for a Head of Production.
Responsibilities:
• Management of all aspects of operations for Company. This includes production facilities for four fields and a large variety of infrastructure facilities.
• Management of all drilling activities.
• Formulates and implements plans and strategies for operational activity of Company• Prepare work programs and annual budgets
• Prepare annual and quarterly reports on production matrix/costs and ensure adequate reporting
• Adequately staff and manage resources to ensure effective operations.
• Ensure development of Company's fields in accordance with approved work programs and the budgets
• Takes a personal leading role in promoting a “safety culture” through entire company
• Implement effective cost control measurement systems
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• University Degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Fluent in Russian and English .
• Operational experience of major Russian production.
• Familiarity with Russian engineering and operations practices, regulations and laws. Experience of operations in arctic conditions.
• Familiarity with Russian Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Experience of working either for, or with a Western Oil Company and familiarity with Western practices preferred.
• Proven ability to work in multi-cultural, multi-national business environment.
• Has clearly demonstrated strong management skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal/teambuilding skills.
