REPORTS TO: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONS MANAGER, CIS & MONGOLIA
Purpose of Position
Be technical knowledge center for Company products sold to CIS & Mongolia. Provide proper pre-sales and after-sales trouble-shooting for all relevant product lines remotely and on site. Be key entry point to support customers, internal sales organization, local distributors and service partners in technical and product related issues and questions.
Key Responsibilities
• Solve technical issues with customers, local distributors and service partners
• Understand customers’ technical requirements and investigate their complaints
• Participate in products installation, commissioning, maintenance and field trials
• Communicate quality issues to Company manufacturing facilities and be involved in technical improvements of Company products
• Manage warranty issues
• Solve product related out-of-the-box and frontier issues to ensure its smooth sales on CIS & Mongolia markets
• Provide customers, local distributors and service partners with technical trainings
• Perform internal technical trainings and product reviews/updates
• Be involved in presales activities
• Work close with Company teams to follow up project activities and report on products faults and enhancement requests
• Be involved in products enhancements and technical development
• Verify translation, adaptation and circulation of Company technical materials for local markets
• Introduce Company products to market’s engineering contractors and consultants.
Relationships
This position reports to the Business Development and Operations Manager CIS & Mongolia with a moderate remit allowing some scope and initiative within general accountabilities for departmental performance.
The key interactions of the role lie with product managers, sales and marketing members of the local team and a manufacturing team in regional headquarters. External relationships are mainly with customers, distributors and service partners.
Measures of Performance
• Quality and efficiency of technical support given to customers, local distributors and service partners
• Effectiveness of technical support delivered in new products launch projects
• Timely verification and translation of technical information into Russian language and its circulation
Achieving of targets set up:
• Specific target for 2012 - Ensure technical product knowledge is to satisfactory levels
• Specific target for 2012 - Ensure understanding of technicalities of PFS equipment generally
• Specific target for 2012 - Improve English to good level if needed, familiarize himself with the organization and decision making process
Background and Skills
• Strong technical and trouble-shooting skills
• Solid technical background and education (leading Moscow technical/engineering Universities is advantage)
• Good command of English (technical lexis is a must)
• Experience of handling petrol station equipment is a plus
• Working experience in an international environment is a plus
• Experience of performing technical trainings is a plus
• IT or telecommunications skills/background is a plus

Compensation package
• Salary: xxx Roubles gross per annum depending on candidate’s capabilities and experience, paid monthly in arrears
• Healthcare: Medical insurance.
• Pension: State Pension, in accordance with Russian regulations.
• Hours of work: 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, with a lunch break of one hour.
• Probation: Six months trial, at which time candidate performance will be reviewed. 100% salary for probation period
• Annual holiday: 28 calendar days paid holiday per annum, plus national holidays

• Bonus: up to 20% of annual salary is provided depending on candidate performance assessment and company’s annual sales results
