Payroll and Employee Services Representative
Job Description
- Prepare and transmit payroll information for hourly Union employees to ADP payroll processing center.
- Process new hires, terminations, leave requests, employee job changes, and promotions using ADP systems.
- Understand and administer Union contract as it relates to payroll processing.
- Conduct employee orientations and administer benefits to employees using ADP systems.
- Maintain and improve systems associated with payroll and employee benefits.
- Maintain employee documentation using scanning software.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge and experience in payroll processes and payroll laws, good communication and organizational skills.
- Required computer skills/knowledge: Microsoft Office and ADP systems including HRB, Pay X and E Time.
- Experience in a Union work environment is a plus.
