Senior Process Engineer (Plant Site)
Job Description

• Must be able to identify and develop process improvements including the elimination of production bottlenecks, cost savings, operating reliability and product quality, familiarity with industrial plant unit operations, provide technical support through engineering, design and field troubleshooting. Work will involve the selection and sizing of process equipment, material and energy balance, spray drying, solvent extraction, heat transfer, liquid/solid separation, combustion gas turbines, steam generation, electrolysis, gas compression and liquification.

Requirements

• BS degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering with 5+ years current experience in a heavy industrial nonferrous metal or inorganic chemical process manufacturing facility (i.e. nonferrous smelter, aluminum plant, chemical plant, or refinery).
