Senior Project Engineer (Plant Site)
Job Description
- Position requires engineering to be performed from inception to constructed completion.
- Work includes cost estimation, proposal writing, all facets of engineering and design, scope of work preparation and project management.
- Additional duties will include assisting the Maintenance Department with plant equipment improvements such as increasing reliability and lowering maintenance costs.
- Candidate must be innovative, aggressive, self-directing, and possess the communication and teamwork skills necessary to interact at all levels of the organization. APE license is a plus.
Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of relevant project/plant engineering experience in a heavy industrial facility (ie. nonferrous smelter, aluminum plant, chemical plant, or refinery).
