Role: 
As a focused and skilled Lead Control Systems Engineer you will be responsible for leading the control systems business, delivery projects and identifying diversification opportunities. In addition you will required to approve designs from staff members as well as lead the design and programming activities of various control systems (PLC and SCADA) relating to projects within the mining and minerals sector. 

This role will require you to be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and a focus for continuous learning. To be considered you must have:

• An Electrical Engineering Degree 
• Experience within the mining and minerals sector 
• An in-depth understanding of electrical design principles involving process control systems 
• Ability to lead and deliver complete projects 
• Experience in a number of programming languages and operating systems/platforms 
• Experience with PLC's and SCADA Systems 
• Strong skills in design, programming and configuring of control systems 
• Strong computer skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Team player
