Account Manager / Group Training - Mining - Diesel Mechanic

Established in 2001, Blue Tongue Recruit are well known as a work-force management company, having existing relationship with many of Australia's leading heavy maintenance organisations.


As a result of recent growth and accelerated demand for our niche labour supply, an exciting position has opened up in rapidly expanding Perth office. Our recently established Perth office is serviced and based in Subiaco with parking options.


This is a key appointment involving;

• Training plan management of formal trainees
• RTO management (compliance)
• Candidate support
• Client support (mining services companies)
• Issue resolution
• OH&S management
• Administration

 
The successful candidate will have some demonstrated achievements in on-hire, group training, or a related mechanical services business.  This is a great opportunity for a Diesel Mechanic / Service Advisor make a career change.
 
Being a key person of our Perth operation, you will be exposed to all parts of the business. Blue Tongue has a commonwealth labour agreement to hire 457 and is also party to Federal funding for some unique training initiatives.

A base salary of $75K to$90K (NEG) + Car Allowance + Super is on offer.
