Our client is a dynamic leading iron ore producer with a reputable presence in WA.  At present they operate several successful operations throughout the region.

In this role you will be responsible for providing geotechnical input to the operation, thereby supporting a safe, sustainable and profitable project.  You will work closely with and support the engineering teams, develop safe methods for working with slopes and carry out inspection of pits to ensure the continuing wellbeing of the staff and the mine. This is an opportunity to work at a unique kind of operation and truly test your geotechnical knowledge and skills. 
 
To be ideal for this role, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Geotechnical Engineering and possess excellent communication and IT skills.
