An Ausralian Listed MINING Company is searching for a Dynamic, Experienced Deputy CEO to oversee it mining operations in Indonesia.
The position will present a promotional opportunity for the successful candidate to role of CEO Indonesia as part of career succession. Candidate should possess the following attributes:
Hold a degree in Business, finance, Engineering or similar from a reputable overseas university.
Experience in the indonesian coal mining sector, with solid operational exposure essential
Ability to manage and drive strong production targets and deliver commercial success
Ability to design and implement strategic plans for the organization's development
Able to develop a stable and scaleable resource model to support growth
Indonesian language ability a large benefit
Finance, legal and human resource exposure and experience are essential
Positive, can do attitude
Team builder and player with open communication style
