This role of Training Co-ordinator has resulted from growth in demand of the services of this respected organisation. Reporting to the Project Manager you will have experience in similar positions within the mining and construction industries and as such have strong skill in incident investigations, root cause analysis and preventative actions and the operation of heavy mobile equipment.


Your primary responsibility will be the continued development and delivery of training programmes including operating competencies, inductions and site licences.  Ongoing support and maintenance of Safety and Environmental Management Plans is integral to this role and the successful functions of the team.  Your ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation will ensure systems are compliant with regulatory requirements.
 
 
Current training qualifications minimum Certificate IV Training & Assessment (TAE)  are essential along with QMS 1, 2 & 3.  Excellence in interpersonal communication with high level of professional integrity will ensure your success and growth within this highly regarded team.
