This massive port expansion has progressed from the early works stage into the construction stage and requires a change control coordinator immediately. The role would focus on assisting in a smooth transition of controls, systems and process between the crucial project stages ensuring the timely delivery of this multi-billion dollar project for the EPCM.
The main function of this role will be to (but not limited to):
Assist in developing the change controls infrastructure, process and systems
Work closely with the change manager identifying potential issues and minimize risk during this transition stage
Review ongoing change and produce progress reports to manage functions and ensure smooth transition
Understand and offer guidance between relative project groups involved in the process

As an ideal candidate you will need:
3 years plus experience in an administrator's role relating to process and systems change or project controls.
A capacity to plan for change using current and effective methodology
Experience reporting and developing communication actions and plans
Previous experience in project administration would be desirable but not essential
To be an effective communicator and highly developed written and oral communication skills
