Join one of the most respected contractors servicing the resources sector as an experienced Safety and Training Co-ordinator.  This organisation is renowned for providing high-quality service provision across numerous national and international projects.

The overall objective of this role is to co-ordinate all functions of safety and training ensuring best possible business outcomes and compliance to relevant legislation and governance. This will include developing and maintaining safety and training documentation including training needs analysis; delivery of induction and in-house training programmes; contribution to and review of training schedules and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
 
As an experienced Safety and Training Co-ordinator you will have a minimum 2 years experience in similar roles within underground mine environments.   Formal qualifications will include, though are not limited to Cert IV Trainer and Assessor.  Degree/diploma level qualifications will be highly regarded. Extensive experience operating underground equipment is essential to success in this role.
 
This is a residential or FIFO role offering an ideal 8/6 rotation. Generous renumeration offered in return for professional commitment and expertise.
