We at WYN Recruitment require a highly experienced Civil Supervisor, coming from an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management) background to work on one of the worlds leading mining projects located in WA to work in the heart of the Pilbara region.
The project has been running for more than half a decade and is pushing into its next phase of construction and development, which is set to cost an estimated 4.2 billion dollars. The project will stretch from mine to port, however at this stage we will need you to be based on the mine site to lead and mentor your team and sub contractors.
This role will require you to report directly to the Civil Superintendent and be able to conduct the following duties:
Onsite supervision of contractors (Civil and Earthworks).
Meeting project deadlines and ensuring HSE standards.
Monitor the work of contractors and consultants to ensure contract and project objectives are achieved or exceeded.
Maintain documentation relating to work on the contract.
Safety & Toolbox meetings.
Procurement of materials.
Inspection of detailed Civil, Earthworks, drainage, roads, sewerage, water, power and telecommunications.

To be considered for the positions you MUST require:
6 - 7 years minimum experience in Civil and Earthworks .
6 years minimum experience in supervision leading large teams.
4 years minimum experience working on EPCM projects.
Experience in all heavy materials handling equipment and apparatus.
Be able to liaise with clients on all levels.
Be able to work in harsh and remote environments.
