This international mining organisation are well established in their home country and are setting out to become a key player in the Australian market. With ambitious plans for growth and development they are wanting to employ only the best candidates.

Due to maternity leave, a contract role has been created for a period of six to twelve months to ensure a continual high level of HR service is received by the business.

With a team of 3 reporting into you, your role will be generalist but will also include setting up HR systems for the business. You will deal with all escalations, performance management across the business and implementing the HR strategy. You will need to engage the business and build strong relationships at all levels.

To be considered for this position you will need a strong background in coal mining in a Human Resources Manager position. You will have lead a small team and have set up HR systems. In return you will be well remunerated and work in a close knit team environment.
