Use your gridding, surveys and mapping skills to further your career into a globally renowned company working on a truly astounding project. There is also an infrastructure aspect to the role including conveyor belts, haul road and geological exploration. This position is working on an above ground mine on multiple situations for the project.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Shaft and mine development and control
Mine survey and mapping
Surveying for the construction and implementation of mining infrastructure including conveyors, haul road, seismic and geological exploration
Your role as a Mine Surveyor will be to support the project works by providing technical survey and practical surveying competence to the Senior Mining Surveyor, contributing to the timely delivery and continued success of this huge iron ore project.
To be successful in the role you will need a demonstrable history of:
5+ years as a Mining or Land Surveyor
Previous experience on a Iron Ore project
5+ yrs Engineering and Mine Surveying and Mapping experience
Licensed Surveyor
Registered Mine or Land Surveyor
