We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to fill the following position as Business IT Administrator. Based in Perth this role will be involved heavily in administration duties ranging from general admin such as outlook email maintenance through to preparation of information management to senior management. The role provides a high standard of service and quality, and focuses on meeting agreed expectations and deadlines whilst providing priceless experience to your own team.
Other duties will include (but will not be limited to):
Tracking all new starters and existing user requests within EBP system
Create and submit Service Order Requests
Prepare and submit Material Requisitions for software licences, maintenance and miscellaneous peripherals.
Manage the MR process, and assistance with collation of all back up documentation for reimbursement
Preparation and distribution of Information Management communications to the PIM Team and projects
Assist in updating IT and Information Management documentation policies, procedures, handbooks and plans and editing the Intranet content
Assistance in preparation and distribution of the PIM Team manning forecasts
To be successful in the role you will need a demonstrable history of:
Preferably 4 years' or more experience in a similar role in the IT or IM industry
Certificate IV in Business Administration (not essential)
Must be proficient in all Office and Outlook programmes
Notable attention to detail
