Environmental Engineer / Scientist - Mine Closure

Our client is well regarded in the mining industry with major projects in Australia and overseas.They are recognized as the leader in providing expertise in engineering and environmental science within the strong resource sector.

Due to business growth, I am seeking to appoint an Environmental Scientist / Environmental Engineer with experience in Mine Closure Planning. This role is based in West Perth that is conveniently located within walking distance to public transport .

You will join the Environment Group to provide consultancy services in the areas of the environmental and social impact assessment and reporting, life-orfmine closure plans and cost estimation, and environmental, health and safety system development and auditing.

You will have a tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering / Science and experience in a consulting environment particularly in mine closure. You will have project management experience and excellent communication skills and will be able to undertake travel when required.
