The right candidate for the role will have a demonstrable track record of:
Assist in ensuring that relevant contractors and personnel adhere to the HSE Procedures
Coordinate and conduct training courses
Coach Project staff in their HSE roles
Development of toolbox topics and awareness training
Verification of correct tickets for machinery and work practices through on site auditing and monitoring
Delivery of construction training packages
This role will require an experienced HSE candidate who must be able to provide support to the project through the implementation of the HSEC Procedures and demonstrate leadership and commitment in relation to the implementation of the HSEC Management Plan.
To be considered for the position you must possess:
Between 3-5 years experience as an HSE Advisor
Experience focused on Mining or Iron Ore projects
Be able to liaise with people on all levels
Must be able to work in a corporate environment
