Our client is an Australian contracting group operating in the areas of Mining and Civil Construction. With offices throughout Australasia, they employ thousands of people to work on major projects and they have a reputation of delivering high standards of work and innovative solutions.

They are currently seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join the team at Olympic Dam. 
The roster will be a 14/7 days off from Adelaide/Melbourne or residential.

Reporting to the Underground Maintenance Foremen/Supervisor your primary responsibility will include all auto electrical tasks conducted on heavy mobile equipment & light vehicles by following the relevant statutory laws, code of practices, standards, company policies and procedures.

The Responsibilities;

• Ensure all Auto electrical work undertaken complies with required specification.
• Successfully and efficiently carry out all tasks given by Maintenance Foreman and/or Mine Foreman/Shift Supervisor where appropriate.
• Prompt reaction and reporting of any 12/24v system equipment failures and delays to Supervisors.
• Ensure that all work is conducted to a satisfactory level of quality that minimises the chance of subsequent faults and reworks.
• All paperwork to be filled in correctly, including, Shift Report, and work orders.

The Requirements;

• Trade certificate
• CV License Or Dogging and Rigging
• Working At Heights
• Air-condition License
• Driver's License
• High risk license ( Forklift )
