AU$150,000 - 200,000 (pa) Excellent basic salary plus vehicle and super

Our client is a leading gold producer with six Australian gold projects across QLD and WA. They have a defined growth pathway, significant & exciting exploration potential and a strong financial position.

The successful candidate must have the following experience;

At least 10 to 12 years experience at operating mine sites with a minimum of 5 years associated with open pit mining,
A proven track record in a role on a mine or with a consulting group
Ability to conduct JORC code reporting of reserves and resources
Advanced user of Surpac geostats and modelling modules would be advantageous
Manage the day to day Mine Geology functions of the site operation to safely exploit the resource to budgeted outcomes
Provide timely and accurate information to respective peers, management and other work colleagues to best manage the grade control, mine planning and Mill throughput functions of the operation
