Position Overview

We are looking for a stellar Product Marketing Manager to join our team to drive demand for Coreworx market offerings in industrial shutdown, turnaround and outage projects.  As the Product Marketing Manager, Field Cost Control you will be an expert in understanding and communicating to business stakeholders the value of cost control for large facility turnaround maintenance projects. You will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities, messaging and positioning for product offerings, and must transfer knowledge to the Coreworx sales channels. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product champion and visionary both internally and externally
• Define the buyer and user personas for your product, determine positioning  and market messaging
• Formulate, execute and measure the success of marketing and lead generation campaigns
• Facilitate direct sales and indirect channel training
• Conduct voice of customer market research, win/loss analysis and competitive analysis
• Work with technical product managers to define new product features for your product
• Create standard presentations and demo scripts
• Write white papers and technical communications
• Support trade shows and other company-sponsored events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technology discipline
• MBA degree and PMP designation is a plus
• Experience in project controls used for industrial shutdown, turnaround or outage projects
• 5+ years of product marketing experience
• An understanding of the project management body of knowledge
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written, including experience and level of comfort presenting concepts to senior executives.
• Willing to travel (approximately 25%)
