Branch Manager

$85-100K + vehicle + benefits

Our client, a National industrial services company, is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for their growing Sudbury-area division.

In this position, the incumbent will be responsible for managing all facets of branch operations with the aim of growing the business.

Accountabilities of the Manger would include: scheduling of work and productivity, preventative maintenance, cost control and budgeting, assuring quality control and operating performance, and developing/maintaining customer relationships.

The incumbent would successfully motivate the team to meet business objectives through leadership, training, and setting the pace by example. The Branch Manager would be active in managing and recommending capital projects and would take the lead in the commissioning of new products and services, reacting to and anticipating the needs of the customer.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities/skills:

strong ties with the mining industry
industrial services background
post-secondary diploma or degree in business, engineering or sciences would be an asset
established track-record in business management in a supervisory role
computer proficiency including ERP experience is essential
adaptable to different work situations, projects, work hours, etc.
