Due to our ongoing growth an opportunity exists for a Customer Service / Sales Coordinator to join our expanding team. A strong sales background with proven selling skills in Telephone Sales/Retail is required.
Reporting to the Training Services Manager, you will be a focused and enthusiastic person to motivate and lead our sales team based at our busy training branch in Joondalup.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support/leadership to the external sales team
Uphold, monitor and enforce RMS customer services standards
Customer liaison
Promote and market RMS services
Provide excellent high standard customer service
Assist with queries regarding product range
Promote all areas of the company offering
Document preparation and control
Reporting as required
Attend meetings as required
To be successful for the role you will ideally possess:
Min 4 years experience in a sales environment
Min 2 years experience in leading a small team
Excellent communication skills
Strong commitment to high standard of customer service
Computer literacy
Great time management skills
Strong competence in MS Office products
Effectively use initiative and creativity
