A multi disciplined mining contractor is hiring an OCE for one of their Bowen Basin operations.  Heading a group of a number of contractors, this mining company is leveraging off their continued to growth and expertise to increase production levels.


 This is a Bowen Basin based role as mentioned and is pretty close to a city where you can get away from the daily grind at the end of your roster.  The accommodation is camp style, however you can DIDO from the nearby city if you prefer.

The OCE role within this organisation will come with a multitude of benefits and the annual salary is very attractive also.  As the OCE, reporting to the mining supervisor, you will be required to implement the highest of standards and lead by example with all facets of safety. 

You will require:

• S1, 2, 3 and G2
• Strong experience in an O/C mine
• Strong leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Minimum 3yrs experience in OCE role

As a consummate professional, you will ensure that the excavation areas are of the highest safety standards.  Your interpersonal skills coupled with your open cut experience will ensure the day is finished with all targets met and all boxes ticked with zero harm.
