Working with an engineering market leader with a worldwide reputation for quality engineering, design, project and construction management services, this firm is synonymous with leading mining and oil/gas projects worldwide. They have a superb portfolio of work and have enjoyed outstanding growth as a result of their reputation, high quality work and commitment to strategic expansion.
Due to an increase in their project portfolio, we currently have an opportunity for a Package Manager/Project Manager with mega coal and port project background on their latest billion $ projects run from their Brisbane office. This is a key project management role within their mining and oil/gas divisions and we require proven experience in the project delivery of large heavy industrial projects.
With a strong background overseeing the safe and timely construction of this project, as the successful candidate, you will have:-
• Civil engineering degree
• Extensive experience on large civil mining projects
• Coal project, materials handling and port exposure advantageous
• Tier 1 EPCM experience overseeing civil contractors
• Experience running projects within Australia
