One of the Globe‘s leading mining Houses is seeking a Production Geologist to work on one of its world-class coal operations. 

With production projected at over 18 mtpa, you will be joining the site based Technical Services Team with primary responsibility of providing the operations with geology information and support.  

You will report directly into the Superintendent Geology and key accountabilities will include:
Supporting the mining operation to ensure coal quality is reliably forecast and monitored, conducting daily geological work including logging, face mapping, coal sampling, data management and geotechnical, assisting with the development of geological and coal quality models, assisting with planning and managing drilling programs to meet site requirements and to develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
