Our client is one of the most successful and highly regarded Construction and major Projects practices in Australia.  It's litigation and dispute resolution arm works across a range of industries across energy, property development, transport and mining.  
 
This role will see you working on all types of matters and disputes including litigation, mediation, arbitration and expert determinations. Your clients will be developers, contractors, members of the professional team, subcontractors, owners and other clients with an interest in the project.
 
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE experience in construction litigation and dispute resolution.  Commercial litigators with exposure to such disputes will also be considered provided they have a keen interest in developing their career in construction and major projects.
