Descripción del Cargo:

Importante empresa se encuentra en la búsqueda de un personal para Atención Al Cliente, el personal solicitado deberá de contar preferentemente con estudios en Educación, Comunicación, Marketing o Relaciones Publicas.

Funciones:

  • Brindar atención a clientes y productores Mineros.
  • Administrar el campamento y hospedaje de Mineros y visitas.
  • Coordinar las entregas de mineral.
  • Brindar orientación a los mineros sobre leyes, pagos, facturación y otros.
  • Coordinar vales y fichas de alimentos para mineros.
  • Realizar actividades recreativas para Mineros, y demás funciones relacionadas.

Requisitos:

  • El personal solicitado deberá de tener 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
  • Ser proactiva, responsable, tener facilidad de palabra, trabajo en equipo, trato cortés a todo nivel.
  • Manejo de Office a nivel básico.
  • Edad mayor a 25 años, disponibilidad para residir en campamento minero.
