Empresa del Sector Minero desea incorporar a un Coordinador de Relaciones Comunitarias.

Funciones:

  • Gestionar, dirigir, supervisar y evaluar las acciones inherentes a la responsabilidad social en el área de influencia de la Empresa.
  • Gestionar y administrar las acciones de responsabilidad social.
  • Proponer las acciones y actividades de desarrollo local.
  • Representar a la Empresa en los acuerdos con la comunidad.
  • Establecer mecanismos de comunicación abiertos entre la Empresa, con las autoridades locales y las comunidades, con la finalidad de difundir la política social de la Empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional de la carrera de Sociología, Antropología, Comunicación Social, Psicología Social o afines.
  • Contar con mínimo 02 años de experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo comunitario.
  • Contar con mínimo 01 año de experiencia en el rubro minero.
  • Contar con conocimientos en: Resolución de conflictos, Gestión de proyectos de desarrollo social y ambiental, Normatividad legal ambiental vigente y aplicable a la minería, Administración y gestión de gobiernos locales.
  • Inglés a nivel Intermedio.
  • MS Office a nivel Intermedio.
