Job Description
- Responsible for operating the plant while maximizing material production and minimizing plant interruptions and/or breakdowns.
Required Skills
- Knowledge and experience in working in a fast-paced production environment. Knowledge of industrial processing equipment such as screens, crushers and conveyor systems preferred. Must be observant and alert to the movement and condition of equipment within assigned responsibility area. Performs housekeeping - maintain a clean and safe working station. Performs record-keeping requirements. Performs a variety of duties as directed in addition to those described above. Must be willing to work any shift and overtime as required. Must be highly safety conscious.
Education:
- High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
- Two (2) years experience in the construction/mining industry preferred.
