Assistant Project Manager

  • [Company] is an environmental consulting firm that offers stable leadership and growth, views employees as valuable resources, and rewards success with competitive pay, bonuses, and ownership opportunities.  We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide group project management support in our Cincinnati, OH office and become an integral part of our continued success story. This position pays $15-17/hour depending upon experience. The Assistant Project Manager must have a B.S or B.A. degree and 1 to 5 years’ experience  in a professional services environment;  a demonstrated history of stable employment; strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); and some administrative and project management experience such as project billing/invoicing, tracking, and scheduling.  Strong computer graphic skills using Adobe Illustrator are required to support development of project figures, photographs and presentations.  Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Excellent attendance and punctuality as well as the ability to successfully perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously are required.

Duties

  • Responsibilities include project management support, word processing, document production, managing office functions, filing, data management, and various other assignments as delegated.
