We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor for a full time position in our Moranbah Branch, providing industrial lifting services to the key mining customers.


Responsibilities will include:

• Asset maintenance and management
• Driving and leading a safe operational culture
• Proactively managing customer expectations
• Managing communication with operational staff
• Proactively managing unionised staff

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience in supervisor role within a large industrial services organisation;
• Demonstrated experience in working with large customers
• Previous experience in crane / transport / plant hire industry highly regarded
• Experience servicing the mining industry highly regarded
• Excellent understanding of enterprise agreements
• Proactive problem solving approach
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise workloads and plan effectively
