Currently we are seeking a motivated skilled professional to join our Administration division. This 
position will encompass varied administrative tasks and supports our multi divisional operation. 
Suitable to good communicators with strongly developed office skills. The responsibilities and skills 
required for the position are: 
   
• High level skills in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook; 
• Proven ability to coordinate conferences, seminars and meetings 
• Proven ability to develop and maintain work rosters and organise travel 
• Proven ability to maintain and develop data bases for reporting purposes  
• Management and client liaison and the ability to build strong professional relationships 
• Proven ability to complete general office administration task to a high level 
• Proven ability to priorities and plan workloads 
• Minimum 3 years experience in an administration role.  

The successful person will provide a high level of service and support; have excellent communication 
skills, and a positive team attitude. In return, will enjoy a professional office based in Perth,
