Sales Assistant

Position Summary:

• Provide accurate and timely sales quotations and regular follow up to all accounts.
• Develops positive relationships with customers to promote excellent customer service.
• Provide cut sheets, engineering information, production schedules, etc. to service our customers.
• Provide oral and written communication to customers and as well as other Oldcastle personnel.
• Provide assistance to Outside Sales personnel by performing quotation revisions, and sending customers needed information.

Qualification (Education/Experience) and Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree; or, equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office Programs (word, excel, outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Ability to learn to read and interpret shop/engineering drawings
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people both within the company and in a sales capacity
• Good attendance & positive attitude a must
