Manager Process Improvement

About the Role: 
In this role, you will drive the ongoing change and process improvement agenda for the group. Naturally, this will require the development of a number of strategic relationships and initially, the establishment of current process and practices. You will then scope, plan, design and implement cost driven and value adding initiatives whilst influencing subject matter experts and key executive stakeholders to achieve tangible positive outcomes for the broader group. This role will require you to travel across multiple sites to ensure continuity so as to achieve benchmarking standards and reportable results. As a result, some travel is required.

Key Skills and Requirements:
To be successful in this position you will be an experienced change manager with technical accreditations and qualifications in lean and six sigma; coupled with an MBA or relevant post-graduate degrees(s). You will ideally have enjoyed some years of experience in mining coupled with a strong track record of achievement that can be quantified in business metrics.
