Civil Engineer

Our client is a leading provider of professional services to the resources sector. The continued expansion of their Engineering design operations, has led to an immediate requirement for an experienced and highly motivated Civil Engineer, to join their ever expanding and well regarded multidisciplinary project team. 

Key Skills and Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering 
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with similar projects in a design consultancy and or EPCM environment. 
• Experience designing civil elements, for example drainage features such as earth dikes and drainage swales. 
• Design of roads and culverts, rail infrastructure. 
• Experience in calculating cut and fill requirements for projects. 
• Experience with12D either designing and or presenting designs 
• Direct experience with mining infrastructure projects 
• A background in design in Australian a requirement 
• Ability to create confidence and buy in to designs 
• Demonstrated exposure to the full project life cycle 
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships 
• Proficient in using Australian and international design standards.
