Safety and Training Advisor

Underground Safety and Training Professional - WORK TO LIFE BALANCE
  • Salary: $120,000
  • Monday to Friday – 10 hour shifts
  • Residential role – Great relocation package offered
This successful and developing gold mining organisation is offering a unique opportunity to join their underground safety and training team. They are currently working on multiple sites in WA and pride their success on their focused work ethic and strong safety culture. On one of their newly operational sites this organisation is looking for an underground Safety and training professional.
 
As an experienced plant operator you will be required to ensure the highest levels of safety and training to your workforce on site. You will do this by hands on training in areas of safety and operating. You will be strongly involved with safety inductions on site, implementing and maintaining procedures and policies on site. You will be reporting to the OHS manager and will liaise with him on a daily basis to ensure the safe running of the site.
 
You will have extensive underground mobile plant operating experience and have been a safety representative for some years. You will possess a Cert IV in TAA or TAE and ideally a Cert IV in OHS. Your drive and desire will be regarded as important as your experience and qualifications.
