Recruitment Advisor

Permanent, full-time

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled recruiter to join the Human Resources team at our company's Hazelmere office (near Midland), for an immediate start.  

As key part of an energetic, hard-working, dedicated and fun-filled team, you will be responsible for trades and underground mining recruitment, searching for talent at entry-level to executive.

The successful applicant will have:
  • Passion for recruitment, creativity and innovation;
  • A sound understanding of legislation associated with recruitment activities;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, where trades or mining sector experience will be highly regarded;
  • Good reporting skills and awareness of recruitment costs;
  • Top computer literacy, especially with Word, Excel & Powerpoint; and
  • Outstanding relationship building skills, with the ability to appropriately liaise with applicants through to executive management.
The successful applicant will be required to travel to the company's sites from time to time. 

A competitive salary will be offered based on experience and the skills you can offer our company.  In addition, you will receive a parking bay, subsidized meals at our onsite cafe and use of the gym.
